"Dr. Patterson was very nice and positive about my choice of the lap band. I had picked her because I knew she was doing the Lap band longer than anyone else in the area. I knew she would be very knowledgable and she did not disappoint. She was very honest about problems and mistakes made with early bandings including her own and assured me that alot had been learned in that time. The aftercare program required by her office is extensive and they really stress the importance of following through. She works in cojunction with the obesity institute located on the same floor and they communicate well with one another. After a year of care with this surgeons office I am still very happy with my decision to use this surgeon but I do not see her for most of my appointments. I can if I wanted to but when I do see her, although she tries to be very attentive I can still see that she is very busy and rushed for time. I prefer to see her PA Lisa, she is always positive, never is rushed and has very sound advice whether I ask for it or not she knows when I need it. She is who I ask for when I go for fills and my appointments that don't require me to be seen by the surgeon. "
