Down to 183 lbs. My BMI is 27.9. I have lost 64 percent of excess body fat. My doctor wants me at 70% at one year. I am on my way. Thank god for this great experience. It has been wonderful. I couldnt feel better. Or could I? I am still overwieght, but before you know it I will be normal!!!! 

I am down 80lbs and no longer obese. I am 5' 8". I am moderately overweight. I am so happy. And no more blood pressure meds. Life is real good. My BMI is 29.8. Down from 41.0 Hpw amazing. I have been feeling terrific all along. God has been with me. When I get to 164 lbs I will be at normal weight. Yahoo! I am looking forward to that! From 276 lbs to 196lbs and still going.

I am no longer severly obese. I am only obese. My bmi is 35.7. Yeah!!!!!!!!!

I have lost 40lbs. I was so excited. I cant see the difference on me, but my clothes size changing says different. I am feeling so much better. Why did I not think of this sooner. It makes so much more happy to feel terrific!

I came home on the 19th July. Everything went wonderful. It is now 21st july and I feel pretty good. I am just so surprised how good I actually feel. God must have been watching over me. I sleep quite a bit, but that is normal after major surgery. I go on  the 24th to get my staples out. I am really looking forward to that. I will update more later.

I AM NERVOUS AND EXCITED.  BUT THAT SEEMS TO NORMAL. ITS LIKE HAVING A BABY. YOU KNOW ITS GONNA HURT, BUT SOMETHING WONDERFUL COMES FROM IT!

On this day I submitted all my paper work to bc/bs. In 1 week I was approved for surgery and on 12jun my surgery was scheduled for 17jul. Yahoo

Paper work was submitted with everything needed. It was approved in 1 week. 2days later and I now have a surgery date. jul17th 2007

Today I found out my diet was sent to bc/bs. Hope it doesnt take long to approve and get a date.

I just found out today that I need to do a 6 month diet before my insurance will cover surgery.  I already started in Dec, just in case. But I was very disappointed. What diet have I not tried for 17 yrs.  I am trying to keep my spirits up.
