I actually started researching weight loss surgery September of 2007. I went through all my insurance requests.
In December 2007 my insurance approved my surgery withnin 8 hours of the doctors office sending all the info.
She was shocked that I got approved so quickly.But I knew I had forces beyond her or my control working for me.
I lost my only son in July of 1996 at age 25yrs. and I know he had a hand in this as he is always with me and
helps me when I am in need. Well enough of being maudelent.
I had my surgery Dec 10,2007 at St John Oakland which is in MI.My doctor was wonderful very caring and capable
surgeon. The first week was rough. I actually thought why did I do this.But I am now at my third week and I feel so much better.
I really forgot how I felt when I first got home
I know this will be a life changing event for me and I am looking forward to my new and better life in 2008..
I also share a great friend on this site Lana{adamsamah} as we share the same wonderful grandson.
I am of course his daddy's ma and I love that grandson of mine to bits.
