Today I got a call from the dr.'s office to set up my consultation!!!  My PCP referred me and then I have a consultation with Dr. Lalor on July 30th!!!  I will also meet with the dietician that day to start the three month supervised weight loss program...which will take me until the end of october to complete.  I will also hopefully be able to complete my psych eval. and medical clearence during those three months so that at the end of October, they will submit everything to the insurance for approval!!!  The lady told me that my insurance carrier is one of her favorites because they are fast at responding for approval or denial.  She also told me that as long as all of the paperwork is filled out, they usually don't deny.  She told me that she is scheduling about 4-6 weeks out right now so that if I finish everything in October, I will be looking at a November to December surgery, (hoping everything goes through with insurance)...so here I go, on my way to a better more healhier person, and hopefully before 2011!!!
