Almost There!!

Weighed in at 232 this morning.....only 12 pounds to goal.  Weight loss is very slow right now but still coming off.  Getting lots of exercise with remodeling the new home.  Sore everyday.....but feel great.  Walking about 4000 steps per day on an average.  Will try to increase this.  Total down now 329#.
