First Fill

I had my first fill today weight was 284 only four pounds lost sense last visit (I have been drinking a lot of vanilla shakes from jack in the box) it is time to stop that. almost 20 pounds from the the time I started this journey all that to say I am happy that I am on this journey. I just need to walk more it's time to stop playing and do this thing feral. Why do we sabotage ourselves sometime ???? Any one who know the answer to this question please tell me.
