"I truly researched dozens of surgeons for 2 years. I've had appointments with three. Of the three, I chose Dr. Schechner because I totally clicked with him. His staff was helpful and very well-informed. They are down to earth and are also very professional. The doctor called me the next day after my visit to tell me that I was approved for surgery. He asked me to decide when I wanted the surgery. I asked for the 14th of Nov. and he obliged me which was only 2 1/2 weeks later. I like the fact that he's had over 20 years of experience with the surgery and that he's done over 3,000 surgeries. Another thing that made me feel good was the weekly group support meetings and the hospital he uses is so close to my house that I could get there in 10 minutes. My insurance company mistakenly had my surgery for a different date and by the time that I called them, my surgeon's office had already called to clear up the confusion over the date. I have friends at work who have had this surgery done with and they have wonderful comments to make about him like, "He's the best. You'll love him." All I can say is, they're right. "
"The smell and taste are awful and I poured it out after two dosages. I know that I would not be able to use it after my surgery. Ughhh. The terrible aroma of that horrible stuff remains long after it has been consumed. Even refrigerating it didn't help. "
