So this wednesday I have my physical activitie apointment, to see where I am at and what/how much I can do post-op, as well as my first phycological evaluation to officially approve me for surgery.. I'm really lucky b/c the hospital I am going to (the one my mom works at shes an RN) makes sure that you are able to have your surgery soon.. rather than putting you off even if your ready. I'm lucky as well with the fact that because my mom works at the ICU there she has their meidcal insurance... and they take care of their "own" I'm going for the RYN.. and Southwest Medical charges around 7K .. and the employee insurance and the dependents covered by it (me) only pay 20% .. so my deductable is only like 1400.. which is amazing..  I know that I'm completely dedicated to doing this because in the end its going to give me the healthy more active lifestyle I need.. but of course i still have pre-op fears.. Like how painful is it going to be (i know so childish right?) .. how do I tell my close friends.. ect ect. Just something I'm taking day by day though.
