Boy has life been busy, with my renewed energy!!! So A quick update... I have been lingering around 170 and 168! I know that is good but I just want to drop 10 to13 more lbs. But I am so happy. still see the same person as always. I am in denial that I was as HUGE as I was! And now I'm surprised at how little I am! Clothes size is 12-10 so if only I can get to a solid 10! That's it for now Ya'll hang in there!

   Let's see I will give you a quick highlight of the last couple of months... First Hawaii is sooo not for me! Don't get me wrong it is pretty and relaxing but that is what a vacation or retirement should be!!! So we are back in the OC! I am a SOCAL girl at heart this is home. My husband is happy to be back too and hopes that I can be content cause boy was that a expensive lesson to learn! 

   NOW the exciting part...119lbs GONE FOREVER (hopefully) And get this 81 INCHES LOST! WOW!! That is exciting and discusting all at the same time. That is all for now. Y'ALL hang inn there ya hear!

Well I got on the scale today and there it was 199lbs.  I had to weigh myself twice, I was in disbelief. Just over 5 months out and down 100lbs. That is crazy!!! So far I've gone from a 24-26 dress size to a 14. WOW I love my new body. That's it for now. I will try to post some pics, but I'm tech challenged...

Well as of xmas day i am 3 months out and 72lbs down! Today i got on the scale and there it was 225 wow I look back and can't believe how much i weighed and how good it feels. I think it take our mind alot longer to catch up with our bodies. But i a m starting to see the change I'm in a size 16! A 16 I can't wrap my head around that! It has been 8 years since i was in that size. So the Big GOAL for now is to start exercising everyday as of today. Two reasons: 1) I'm starting to get the saggies (under my arms). 2) My 9th wedding anniversary is at the end of the month and I want for myself to be under 200. Don't care if I'm 199.9 just under. That will be 100lbs down!!!  Till next time keep up the good work and remember "Slow and steady wins the race".

Well it has been awhile but I am doing GREAT! Down 50+ lbs!!! Sure far I can eat almost anything not good, but i'm not overeating, and I'm doing really good taking all of my vitamins! Since my last post we moved to Hawaii it's nice but I sure do miss Cali. This is good though because without a mall i'm sure to save alittle! Thank goodness for the internet!!!

Well everyone hang in there it is sooo worth it!

Well all went great,surgery was quick without complications and hospital stay was good.(Despite HORRIBLE beds) I'm home and having alot of gas belching, like crazy. But that is a relief compared with not being able to get it out. Felt worse than after surgery yesterday. N e way will chk back l8tr.

So today I am on all liquids in prep for tomorrow 2 5am. Don't think I will get any sleep. So far I am not too nervous but I know as soon as I get there I will be begging for mucho drugs so I don't flip out! My bag is packed and my bestest friend in the world is going to spend the night to help with the kids so my husband can be at my beck n call.

To keep my mind off things I took all my measurements Its a little scary but here we go:

Today I ran around getting all of my supplements for THURSDAY!!! Now I think I am getting excited! Still alittle nervous but pretty ready. Last wed we met Dr. Ali he was nice and put me at ease. I was worried about the whole not making it part but he assured me that other than my weight i'm pretty healthy and that there shouldn't be a problem. OH! PAIN according to my mom who had the surgery 6 years ago I will want to die for the first 4 or 5 days after, Dr. Ali said we are all different even mom and kid and that I will have plenty of meds to keep me on point. So thats it wish me luck!!

SEPT. 25 That's right, Finally I will be able to start on the losers side! So I got the call yesturday and it was kinda sereal like all my hard work to get this to go and now in just 3 short weeks it will be a start to my healther life stlye. Can't wait to not hurt or ache all over! To all that have already started, Here I come!! And to all that are still waiting hang in there.

Got the call today! Finally I have been running all over to make sure all is getting done in a timely manner. So I don't have to carry cobra longer than absolutly nessisary. Have to say that Becky in DR. LePorts office has gone above and beyond for me even going in on her day off to make sure all was on target!

So now I am sacred out of my mind!  Trying not to think about the what if I don't wake up after surgery. I look at my two kids and don't want to miss a moment of thier lives. I know that if I don't do this that is a possibity that my health will give out, but I can't help think in a few weeks at surgery or in a year, two or three down the road. Enough! I am going to do this and start a healthy, full of energy life with and for my family.
