The last couple of days have been really exciting for me, I'm only 3 weeks out and am down 47 lbs total from my heaviest and 34 since my day of surgery.  Clothes are feeling loose now, time to start thinking about new work clothes soon.  I can definitely see a better me when I look in the mirror. The most exciting news for me is that for the last year or so I have been sleeping in the spare bedroom because the wife could not tolerate my loud snoring.  Last two nights I slept in my own bed again with my wife, she reported that if I snored it was not enough to wake her up.  This is very huge!  Still have a ways to go but feeling good and liking life again.  

Lost 20 lbs in my first 8 days, and yes I am drinking lots of water.  Nice to see results.
