I go for surgery Monday.  I got preadmitted on 3/30/10.  I have to report at 6am Monday morning.  I have the nervous jitters.

Was just wandering how long to plan to be off work after having laprascopic DS?   I told my manager that I thought it would take about a month to heal.  Need some feedback!

Joined a fitness gym and am now walking 1 mile a day at 3.0 miles per hr.  Working out with weights for my arms and chest.  Working out my abdomen also.
