10 Months and a Week Later

Well Folks after 10 months and one week, I'm down 210 pounds.Life for me is changed. I've moved back to my home town, got engaged to my best friend of 23 years....am healthier and happier than I have ever been. No more sleep apnea for me!! I have about 25 pounds to goal which I hope to reach soon. I am planning a ridiculous fairytale wedding, and I found the dress of my dreams!! Life is good!! Love and peace!!
