my name is carolyn,i have been big most of my adult life.i make excuses instead of make memories because i hold out alot on things and i winde up missing out on alot cz of my wieght. .i feel like i am always being judged by my size and not my personality.when i decided to have this surgery i knocked two birds out with one stone by quiting smoking also.i know i needed too but i knew it was a requirement for the surgery so i thought ,ok, if i'm going to have this big change then i will go all the way.it has been hard but i have overcome it.i am ready for a new me and i know i can handle what my new body and new life will expect of me....i am in process of seeing the nutritionist and pyschatrist and looking forward to meeting alot of ppl that are goin through the same thing....have a great day
