10/2008-11/2008- received all clearances and approvals.
12/2008- INITIAL CONSULT WITH THE DOC

...4.27.09-410PM--- I am losing , but not fast enough, lol. I had a rough surgery. while they were in they found a hiatal hernia and had to repair it. So there was more pain. Other than that I have been doing ok. The fills are small and not much restriction, but I hope to feel full soon. I have a small band that only holds 4cc, they said. I have had three fills. So now I have 2cc I think. I feel hungry or so I think I feel hungry all the time, so I try to intake more proteins. I am scared I am eating to much. The doctor I have now since mine went to another facility is almost non existant. I am not really sure who my doctor is now, lol. Well hope eveyone is well, ttyl.
...4.26.10-346PM--- I am currently stuck at 198lbs and need to lose at least 30lbs more. I have been alittle bad at dark chocolate intake, but I am getting back on track. I have a consult with Dr. Duncan about skin removals. My WLS doctor went to another facilty further away =(, but Dr.Duncan is good also. I think the remaining 30lbs I have on me is mostly the extra skin. I know insurance doesnt cover it so I will have to scarp and save to get it done =(. What we do to ourselves to make us feel better mind, body , and health, lol. We have tried to get pregnant for so many years now we have placed that issue in the back seat for a while. If it happens it happens on its own. The lap band is a great tool for me and I dont think I would have ever gotten this far with out it. Well until next time, take care =)

..2.14.2012---- Sorry it has been so long since I have updated. I have had a very busy year. I am now getting back on track to reclaiming my body after the birth of my twin boys. Will post new pics. I need help this go around. Its hard to work out and eat right when you have two babies to tend to. Any advise would help. Thanks!
..12.09.2012---- These past few years have been an adventure. From the weight loss to the birth of my twins...wow! Now I am sad to say I have been diagnosed with intertrigo, folliculitis, and a few other nasty skin related issues. I have seen five different doctors and all have advised to have the skin removed. Everything medication wise we have done to correct these issues have failed. I had gone with out medical insurance for a period of time due to lack of work and having to care for my boys at home. I now have medical coverage, but they would only cover a small portion of the $40,000 that would take to have the procedures. My friends have started a fundraiser for me and I am so thankful that they have. Please if you could pass my story along to family and friends and help us raise the funds we need so I can regain my health back and be free of the pain to enjoy my boys while I still can. Thank you in advance for you help!

3.6.2013... A new journey begins. Approved after three months of daily calls and duplicate submission of documentation BCBS approved two/four medically necessary surgeries. In April I will be having BR and TT done to reduce infected and heavy weight skin. Nervous, but excited.
