Today was my first post-op appointment. I am down 18.8 pounds. Still slightly sore from the RNY, but nothing I can't handle. I miss eating. I feel full all the time, but when I smell the food my family is going to be eating, I "feel" hungry. I know it is more mental than anything at this moment, but I am looking forward to getting back to work and planning more healthy meals for us all.
