June 20th What a day this has been. Our third grand child was born today, taken by c section. What a big girl to. 9 pounds and 11 ounces 21 3/4 long Wow!! But she is beautiful as are all grand babies. :) Also talked to Freda today an they are setting my surgery for Monday Aug. 1st at 9:45 am. Since I picked the date I hope it is a good day to be blessed and have guidance for Dr. B's hands :) I do have to say I have had many questions and worries but I have to learn to put it in the good lords hands an leave it there. (Still working at that one LOL) I know the support is great from all and I can ask any thing I need to before an after the surgery. Thank God!! for all of you before me, that is a true blessing to have. Well it is getting late and still so much to do before the days end.

June 13th Just got home from work and was surprised to see two emails from supporters Valerie and Callie, thank you so much for being here for me. It is really great to know there is support as I start my jounrey. I have my eval set for the morning of the 21st not sure what to expect but know it is the next step in getting my surgery date set. I thank god for my husband as well he is a rock and I am so glad I have him. My sons are not sure about this, the oldest has been really scared an seems angrey at me at times but I think he is coming around he has said he has prayed many times now and will be with me through it. The youngest really has not had much time to talk to me about it so I guess he is excepting of the surgery. Did not realise that family members would be so upset at first. Still have a few to explain more to and help them understand why I have to do this but I think in the end they will except it an support me to.
