Hit Dr's goal

I hit the Dr.'s goal of 200 lbs. before my first anniversary.  I weighed in at 348 in Jan 2010.  I had surgery in May of 2010 and in Feb of 2011 I hit the Dr.s goal.  I want to lose another 20 lbs or so.  Definitely see a need for plastic surgery just wish I had the money to get it done.
