Well i had surgery on thursday i was in the operating room for 4 hours and then in recovery for 3 becausr thry ciuld not get my pain under control now im back home eith a jp drain in my stomach that comes out on Tuesday now the riad yo recovery and weight loss is on the way i cant wait to sed how i start ti lose weight i brought all these work out games for my nintendo WII to hrlp in my weightliss since gym membership is way to high well if anyone else just had surgery i would luv yo hear ur updated or pointers of whst to do yo stay motivated

Is anyone else getting nervous the more it's get time to actually go under the knife and have surgery ?? What protein shake are u all drinking and what do u add to it to make it a little better
