On My Way

Well I had Lapband surgery on December 16th.  I have been blessed to have had no pain or complications.  I am glad I found this website because I really need a support system.  I can eat solid food already.  I did over eat on Chirstmas and paid dearly with bad gas like pain for a few hours.  I feel like I am able to eat way to much food so I am trying to apply self control.  But I started out 347lbs.  and was 327lbs on my surgey date and 314lbs yesterday.  My husband bought me the Wii fit for Christmas and I LOVE it.  I wondered how I would get myself moving and it is just too fun.  I did 45 minutes today.  So I guess you can say that I am on my way to a more healthy me!!!
