Today I got on the scale, it said 179.4.  I was stunned, excited and thrilled.  It has been so long, about 4 years since I have weighed in the 170's.  My weight is not coming off as fast as some, but I am happy with it.  I am not always sticking with what I should but, remember the weight did not come on overnight, so I should'nt expect it to just fall off my body.  Life is great!!

Ok,  I got on the scale and what appeared was 197 Amazing!!!!  Love it,   I am still having a hard time getting all of my water in,   It Burns, it burns.  But I will continue, I know that it will get easier over time!!

Well, I have less than 48 hrs to go, Monday morning 8 a.m.   I am kind of scared, but I am more scared of being diabetic, more scared of living the next 30 years overweight, so I am taking control over this demon.   Wish me luck!
