It has been over 6 weeks and I just left the doctors office and I am no longer over 500 lbs. or even in the 500's. I am now 499 lbs. What a shock!!!! It is so unrealictic!!!! Its been a long time since I have been under 500. I have no problems, sometimes I have to make myself eat because I'm not hungry. I take Miralax on a regular to move the bowels. I just feel great!! I am very happy with my decision. I will post a picture soon, I'm just not quite ready yet, to post one. But I promise I will.

Well, it has been exactly one week 7/15/11 and I went to my 1 week post-op and was amazed to find out that I lost a grand total of ( drum role please!) - 28 pounds!!!!!!
Now if anyone is having second thoughts about having the surgery, DON'T!!!!! That right there is a convincer, and the doctor told me get ready, because this is just the beginning. WOW!!! I feel so blessed right now.

It has been three days since the big day, the doctor was amazed at my progress and the surgery. By me being so big, he thought that the surgery was going to be complicated, but it wasn't at all. As far as pain, I have more pain in my back than anywhere else. Thats from being on the small operating table. I have no regrets what so ever, and would do it again. It tickles me how full I get after just a few sips or bites. 
Be prepared to sleep alot. I am so proud of myself!!!!!!

Well OH family, it is almost that time I have 3 days until my surgery and I am really feeling happy right now. I am not scared, yet but I know this something that I have to do to get my life back. It really does feel like a dream, I never thought that I would actually go through with it.

Well today I got the news that my vitamin D, Iron, and B12 are all low
and I need to get them up before I have the surgery. On the good side is that I don't have to postpone my surgery which is great.
