Since surgery date of 1/18, I have lost 9 pounds.  That may not seem like much to some people, but for me, it is good.  One day at a time, one pound at a time.  My granddaughter said she can see a big difference in the way my clothes fit and said I might consider getting one or two pair of pants that fit!  I feel comfortable in my clothes yet so that will have to wait a month or two.  No big hurry!  I am still on the full liquids thing and can't wait to eat solid food.  I dream about meatballs and pasta.  Then again, that is my reason for being where I am today.  Maybe some day in MODERATION.  Next appointment is in 4 weeks.  See you then.......
