Ok i know its been a long time since i have posted anything... Its been almost 4 years since surgery and i found out 2 months ago that my pouch is not working properly and i have SUM syndrome... Ok this is rare so everyone don't freak out. Unfortunate for me it has made me rediciulously sick with vomitting everything time i eat or drink something. I have to take anti nausea medication before i consume anything...
I had my revision on July 6, 2009, just a few days ago. My new doctor fixed the problem and found a hernia in the process so this became a big surgery. Needless to say i'm back to square one all over again. I'm on a liquid diet and advancing to a pureed next week. I have been having bad headaches and nausea. My doctor said its because i'm not drinking enough fluids... Go figure.. I feel awful.....I'm currently in LPN to RN school and i have classes four days a week starting monday but i really need to rest. A revision is very painful very painful....Hopfully my instructors will understand that i have to rest at least another week and go back.... So you guys keep me in your prayers and i will post again later.....
