"I purchased a bottle as a pre-op and found that they were easily tolerated than what I am taking now which is Citracal but I just couldn't handle the sweetness of the wafers. I would recommend them as they are tasty, just too sweet."

"I have my first consultation with Dr. Roll on September 30, 2002. Well, I just got in from my first consultation with Dr. Roll and I must admit that I was nervous and scared but he is sooo easy to talk to that I almost forgot why it was I was there (LOL). My impression of Dr. Roll was that he reminded me of a fatherly type. His office staff was wonderful! As I was leaving one of his patient's (who by the way one 1 year post op today) was in the waiting room and she looked terrific! It was nice to see a postie. There was nothing I didn't like about Dr. Roll but I was a little disappointed that he doesn't do a leak test before you leave the hospital. He does not feel the need too as he is "that good". So, I place my life and belly in his hands and know that he will do a good job and bring me back on the other side. In him I have full confidence!! He has a very strict aftercare program for a year as we are "all a team" and I am the lead player and he considers himself the quarterback! He was so joking and having fun while still being very professional and straight-up about the procedure. He addressed the risks of surgery and takes all necessary steps to prevent any risks from happening (ie; heparin/stockings for blood clots). I would rate Dr. Roll an A+++++++++++. I feel surgical competence is better overall than manner but he has them both and that is GREAT! I am soooo looking forward to surgery!!! Good luck to all who decide to travel this road and have a safe and healthy recovery."
