June 6, 2012Today is day 3 of the liquid diet. It was no where near as hards as everyone was saying it was going to be. Staying hydrated with water is the hardest part. I'm surprised of my self. There is temptations everywhere. I have lost two pounds in the last three days!! 11 more days till surgery soooo excited.
