50 lbs down

My loss is noticeable to me when I see myself now. I see it in my face and some in my belly. I went from size 46 to size 42 pants waist, too. And xxxl/xxl to xl shirts.
I posted some new photos.
Tricky game, "hunger"

When i KNOW I'm full and that I will likely feel sick if I eat more, I still WANT to eat more. Because it tastes good.
Hhhmmm.
Trying to figure out what to do with that.
And thinking I'm going to start C25K training.

So far, I haven't found a food I can't eat. But i get nauseous and diarrhea if I eat even a little too much.
Amounts I can eat:
cottage cheese: 2/3 cup
chicken: 1.5 drumsticks
chicken salad: 3 oz
yogurt: 1 container
oatmeal: 2/3 cup
soup: 1 cup
Seems like I can eat a lot, comparatively.

I'm never hungry. But I miss the flavors and textures of real food. Or the act of eating? Not sure exactly. But this is really neat. It really does point out food thoughts that are unrelated to hunger.
I'm still on full liquid diet. Boo.
And totally constipated. Boo.
Last time I weighed 5 days ago, I was at 276. I think I was about 295 surgery day. Not sure why I don't know this. I will weigh at post-op day after tomorrow. All the pants i brought with me to Portland (46 loose) are way too big now. Good thing I have some smaller pants at home.
First day back to work tomorrow.
Still itchy from allergic reaction. Or healing. But it's not nearly as bad as it was.
Day one? Two?

Surgery was about 16 hours ago. Everything looked good inside, no complications. Liver looked fine.
I haven't been allowed to drink yet, but pain is under control.
The nurses, doctors, fellow, residents, and students have all been great. My mom has been fantastic to have here.

I will be in surgery in 10 hours. I'm nervous and anxious. Did I make the right decision? Will it work? Will there be complications?
