"My first impression of Dr. Hall was that he was very interested in ensuring that I understood about RNY. He was very open to my questions and was informative about the surgical procedure and the complications that are possible. The office staff were all friendly and supportive. When I went for my preop testing, I was treated extremely well by all the health care providers involved. A good portion of the 4 hours I had for preop was concerned with aftercare and diet. Unfortunately, I do not have access to any support groups through the Clinic that are near my home. They did have a list of support groups, but none that would be of help to me.
