It's Benin almost 10 years since my surgery. Still glad I had it. Only gained 20 lbs back in 10 years and have been working losing it. I have ben very lucky. Other than some vitamins issues, no problems to report. Would do all over again.

Well I will be three months post on Panni and hernia repair all is okay so far.. some weird pains from the mesh in my belly but not bad.. Now just have to get back on track with the exercising and diet again.. and with Holidays coming up ugh.. but at least I get to go back home to pa to visit my family...
