My first blog entry

I am booked for surgery on June 12th.  I am thankful for the opportunity and a second chance at life.  My journey has been a bit unusual, but I am hopeful  that the results will be as fabulous as those success stories I have been browsing.  I feel like we live in the future.  So many options and solutions that would not have been available to us a century ago.  Lucky us.
