David is the most awesome guy in the whole world. I know because I am his Mother. He is doing great. He looks wonderful, and has remained strong and determined. He was very brave to have this surgery at such a young age (23), but he knows that in order to have a healthy life he has to shed the weight. I am so proud of him and even though David is always a fun loving guy, I am sure that when he loses his weight he will be even more so. David, good luck and know that no one is rooting for you more than I am. I love you very much. Mom
