Hello! My name is Carol and I live in West-Central Illinois. I have 4 children ages 23-7. I am married and work in a medical clinic doing Cardiac Rehab with patients after having a heart attacks, stents, etc. I teach my patients daily how to eat healthy and exercise. Yet my own battle to keep my weight in control is a struggle. I am well over 100 lbs overweight and feel the results of it on a daily basis. I want to be able to be an example not only to my patients, but my children, that weight and exercise are important steps in a healthy lifestyle. My journey is just beginning, but I already feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel! This website has given me an abundance of information.
