I have decided to take the surgery route. I am so over the disappointing yo-yo diets. Oh, my bad! Life style changes is the politically correct term.
LOL Well, I need a different set of tools. Of course this is still a lifestyle change but it is like a suped up version! I think people can do anything they want to if they have the right tools to succeed.
My surgery is April 19.2011. I have chosen the Gastric Sleeve.
