"My first impression of Dr. Randall that he was a compassionate doctor who felt the pain of an obese person. Although he's definitely not Obese by any means, I think he is able to understand what we feel, what makes us tick. His office staff are wonderful and responsive - they took care of everything needed to get the insurance approval. They even sounded excited when they called me with a surgery date - and they have to do that every day!
Dr. Randall holds a support group every month that he likes all pre and post op patients to attend. He facilitates most of the meeting himself - and also enlists the services of his nutritionist to give meal choice and vitamin advice. They work great together.
Dr. Randall has completed over 3000 of these surgeries, maybe closer to 4000 and has been doing them for 20 years. After meeting him a few times, I felt confident in putting my life in his hands."
