I weighed myself yesterday and I'm down to 336 lbs. that's 106 lbs. lost since December 15th!!! Wow It's hard to believe that I lost that much weight in just 2 1/2 months. I am grateful though. I thank everyone for the prayers and encouragement. Please keep them coming because my journey is still on!!!

I went to the doctor again today to be tested. I needed to be tested to see if I had a stricture or obstruction in my windpipe. I did but the doctor corrected it. In the process I found out that I had also lost 23 more lbs. since Jan.7th. I'm 7 weeks out now and I've lost a total of 72 lbs. I've had some delays but feeling good about my weight loss.

Another day at the doctor today. Everything went well I lost another 19 lbs!!!! I feel wonderful and I am still working out daily. The whole process has been a definite learning experience and I wouldn't have it any other way. Total weight loss so far is 49 lbs! This is just in a months time!

I am about 3 weeks out of post op wls and I am feeling pretty good. I go to the gym approx. 3 times a week and I'm gaining strength everyday. I've already lost 30 lbs.but I have another appointment on Jan. 7th. All is well with the exception of a little gas.
