A new year 01-09-09

So, Its a new year and i'm about to hit the 250's. It's been a long way to 250's it took me 3 weeks to get out of the 260's. There was so much sorrow and stress this holiday i hope to not have another one like it ever. We lost a close friend over the holiday and spent more time with his wife and makikng sure she was comfortable than focusing on weight-loss. but now i'm kicking it back up into high gear. so hopefully my next post i'll be in the 240's.
