April 2010 update

Sorry again. I'm getting really bad about this I know. It's been 8 months since I last updated. I have lost 131 pounds now. Honestly I should have lost more, but I have not been exercising like I should, and not getting enough water. I think I'm going to kickstart myself a bit- maybe get back on the protein shakes for 2 meals a day for a couple of weeks and push myself harder, because I still have 30 more pounds I want to lose.I know I should be congratulating myself because I started out at 286 pounds, and now I am at 155... and that IS great. I AM proud of myself... but I am also irritated with myself right now, for slacking... and AM going to do something about that!
Next time I sign in, I hope to tell you that I have lost at least 10- 15 more pounds. I'm going to make an effort to check in more too- because it DOES encourage me.
Kudos to all my friends who I see such amazing changes in. I am SO proud of you all!
