Week one of optifast was a breeze, week two, not so much...

Hello to all,

 

I am new to the forum and am so glad I finally decided to sign up and join the online community. I've been scheduled for roux-en y on July 7th and am currently on my second week of optifast with another two weeks to go.

The first week of optifast flew by like a breeze but I find myself struggling this past week. I feel like I've been thinking about food non stop these past few days, to the point where people are talking to me and I'm not even listneing, more like I'm thinking about ordering pizza. I find this so ridiculous considering how well I did during my first week. I've not cheated on the diet, I've stuck strictly to the 4 packs of optifast a day, but I've come close. 

Anybody had this type of situation where it started off easy and then became difficult? What would you recommend?

I'm just finding it harder to fight the urge to eat actual food.
