Feeling better today.

I posted for the first time yesterday and I was feeling pretty blue and discouraged.  I received a lot of support and good advice from my fellow lap banders and it made me feel so much better.  I feel like I can begin again and let the guilt behind me!  Thanks to all you great people who responded!
