Hi GUys!!!   Today is my 2nd year post op!! WOW  what a ride I have had.   I am down 142 lbs!!   AMAZING and feeling great as well...... would i do it again???   In a heartbeat!!!    just wish i did it sooner, but everything happens for a reason!!!

WOw it has been a long time since i have been onhere.... Well i got married, Oct 6th.   we went on a carribean cruise!  it was awesome, did not want to come home that is for sure to the cold!!   But now we are in our new home, married and happy!!!   hopefully will start on our extended family in like feb-march.   i will attempt to add some wedding pics!!!    Hope you all are doing well!

Hi All!!  wow time flys by!!   i am down to 185!!  Holy Crap!   it is slow but i am so happy... just want this excess skin gone..  i am getting married in Oct!  i cant believe it is only less than 5 months away!   wow!   and the time will fly by this summer with being so busy and all!!

wow.. it has been a long time since i updated... but i am now weighing in at 188!!!  i cant believe i am below 190~  i never ever remember weighing below 190  i know i have at one point in my life.. but when??

all is good.. just wish spring would get here.. it is really cold so i have not done much exercise...     and my horses want to get out and run and etc!    show season will be here before you know it!  and my wedding!!  wow it is almost 7 months away!

what an amazing year i have had!!!   this has been awesome...  i have 120 pounds now and weigh 195  WOW...    check out my new pics!!!

cant wait to get married in October!!!   and go on our honeymoon a cruise in the carribean !!!

well i started that plateau buster diet... i started at 200 and i am now 195 this morning!   awesome... 5 lbs. this week..  hopefully i will have another successful week this week!!!    i next small goal is to be 189... i dont ever remember weighing that at all !!!!    i did cheat a little bit yesterday.. watching the Pats beat the Jets... i had a slice of pizza and two beers!   but i am good this morning.. having two slices of cheese and ham for breakfast... my water and vitamins..  oh my.. my BMI is 31.5.... BELOW 32....   YES

well i have been  bad at christmas and new years!!  gained 4lbs!!  so i am going to try that plateau buster diet... need to do something to get going!!!   my one year anniversary is coming up this month    being down 115lbs is great.. but i wanted to be more!!  so i will have to kick my own ass to get going again  LOL  LOL

well i go see dr. lautz thur!  I hope I can drop another pound by then!  but everything is slow lately..   i need to up my exercise big time.. but i am out shopping for xmas!   wow some people can be so nutty !!!

well the scale finally moved off 199 !!!  i am down to 197, thank god.. but still slow...   tough around now with the holidays and all!   cant believe xmas is just a little over  a week away!    i have exercises as much as i can... it is so dark out at 5pm...  hell idont even make it home from the barn til 6 or after!!   so i walk over the weekends and do exercise tape twice during the week or more if i can!!!      Hope you all have a great holiday!!!
