Two Year anniversary.

It has been two years since my surgery.Today is my anniversary date.
I have been in wonderful health ever since. The only set back was a kidney stone.
I did regain 15 lbs by fault of my own and I am working on getting that back off. Those terrible carbs were calling my name all summer in the form of homemade ice cream and picnic foods. I have no one else to blame but me . I also need to get back into excersize on a regular basis.
For those of you who are fairly new don't get too comfortable it is very easy to go back to old habits.This is an ongoing work we have dedicated ourselves too. I would do this all over again in a second.
