"I was very disappointed with the care that I received from the night staff at SMMC. The day nurses were wonderful, but there were many times at night where I waited thirty, forty, even an hour for someone to respond to my needs. They made it quite clear that I was being a pain in the butt to them and I didn't appreciate it one bit!"
