My surgery was on July 13th and I have only lost so far 26 pounds, I feel that I'm losing weight so slowly compared to other. Based on your experience do you think I'm doing ok??
I'm on pureed diet still and I eat really small portions the only

My surgery was 8 days ago and I feel tired and weak most of the time, is this normal?

today I had my first week appointment and I lost 9 pounds, I'm so happy!
