2 Week Check-Up

I went to the doctor today for my 2 week check up, I lost 16 pounds!!!! I'm thinking that I actually lost a little more because I weighed 245 two weeks prior to surgery, I'm not sure what I weighed on surgery day. I also quit smoking in that two week period so I'm sure I put more weight on. I am now at 229. I am very pleased with my weight lose thus far and so was my doctor, I pray that things continue on the same path.
