I am 12 weeks out from my Lap Band surgery! Every thing is going great! I have lost 47 pounds and I have so much more energy. I am off all of my asthma medicines. For any one out there that is considering weight loss surgery, I want to let you know that it is definately worth it!  I would do it all again with out any questions.

I had my first fill today. It did not hurt at all. I am glad to feel full again. The past two weeks, I have struggled with hunger. I will not wait that long again to have a fill when I get hungry. I have to drive two hours to my doctor's office, which is not too bad, but it would be nice if I knew someone that lives close to me that had the Lap Band surgery also.

I had my lapband surgery on December 26, 2006. I am recovering with out any problems.
