"Dr. Landerholm is very genuine and caring. Once I met with him and his staff my fears of surgery just kind of went away. The main focus is the aftercare and starting of a new life for the patient. They make sure to stress enough how this surgery is just giving a tool and it will take a lot of a hard work to make the tool work but that they would be there by your side to help guide you through it. The only negative thing so far was communication from the office staff in the very first step of this process (knowing if they had sent in insurance information) but after that I personally have had no problems."
