I can't believe it, I'm catching a cold. My husband got it first, and now of course I'm catching it. I called my surgeon this morning to ask him if I can take Mucinex dm, but now I'm waiting for him to call me back. I don't want to post-pon my surgery another week. The worst part is that I'm doing the high protien meal replacements starting today and the dietian said that I can't eat anything and if I get hungry to have a 1/2 cup of milk, well, we know buggies and milk don't mix, so what am I supposed to do?  Please keep me in your prayers so I get better quick.

Hi there,
 Just wanted to blog and let some of this fear out. I have my surgery date, March 30th. I'm going through all the test and last support groups. I don't really know much about how the surgery's going to unfold or how long it'll take me to recover. I'd really like to go back to work after a week. Can anyone give me some more info? Thanks 

So, my surgeon called me today and asked me to come in to set up an operation date. Has anyone gone through St. Joseph and had to pay for meal replacements? They're charging me $300 for a 4 week supply. Is there anyway to go around this?
