Just had my Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy May 7th, 2014 Im a full time Wife and Mommy to 2 beautiful little blessings My daughter 3 and son 1....I'm excited to the new me! I was Diabetic type II and soon after surgery I was sent home with out any of my diabetes medication I was on Metformin 500mg twice a day for 2 years.
