I completed all my Pre-Op testing on 5/14/18 for my lapband over my gastric bypass I had over 13 years ago. I appreciate all the feed back regarding the lapband the negatives and the positives. during my requirements I went to some Bariatric meetings and met a lot of people who had the band for over 13 years and they said no problems as long as you follow to the T your diet, and for me after my EGD my surgeon recommended the band over the gastric bypass I also have faith in my Surgeon the number 1 Physician in my region and I trust his judgement. I will post a picture before my surgery which is on 5/31/18.

Today is my pre-admission testing for my up coming surgery 5/31/18. I appreciate all the feedback regarding the band. I'm still going to have it and I pray that I follow everything so this tool will be a plus and not a negative.
Has anyone had lapband success.

Has anyone gotten the Lapband and is happy with it? Im going from RNY that I had in 2005 to Lapband I had my psych evalulation on yesterday 4/17/18 and my last dietician appt is on 4/23/18 my insurance requirements was that I do 4 dietician appts and 1 psych eval.
