285 i have my initial consultation on 4-25 at Dr Blackstones office. I have United Health Care... cross your fingers
4/25/06... all went well with initial consult... just have to wait for office to submit papers to UHC..
5/22/06... FINALLY i am APPROVED!!!!! I only had to call twice a day for almost 2 weeks...
5/29/06.. Recieved approval letter in mail on Sat. So if DR doesnt have it by tues I will fax it to them... so hopfully I will have a date tomorrow.... cross ur fingers!!!
5/30/06.. I have a date!!!!! July 10th 2006.... I can't wait.. It seems sooo far away.... The good thing is that i have a lot of appointments, so that should help pass the time..
