"Dr. Macik is very profession which might come accross as cold. I initially saw him back in April 2002 and then was denied because of an exclusion. I changed insurance and am now trying to get his staff to submit my paperwork to my new insurer. That has not been easy as it is very difficult to get a hold of the office because they are so busy."
